Diablo 3 Beta Patch 10 is now live and you can read the full release notes over at the Diablo 3 Forums. There are some interesting changes and you should read them in full. In my article Diablo 3 RMAH Tip I discuss how the only thing that has historically carried over with beta wipes is your battle.net balance – beta bucks. Unfortunately there’s a little extra note in these release notes:
I say this a lot but – this is always something that can happen in a beta test. Warnings are often not given and you work with the information you have available. Still although the money made in my RMAH Tip article from selling cheap (in the hope that my battle.net balance would carry over) is lost, the principles I use within the article remain sound. You can, by preparing and accessing all information available before a big patch or change to the game, make money through methods that others overlook.
Additionally in listing items cheaply on the Diablo 3 RMAH when they were about to be wiped I didn’t lose anything bar a little time. Zero risk but, on this occasion, no reward.
