Diablo III Blog started as a “fun” project for me as I heard the announcement of Diablo 3 beeing released, but it has since evolved into something more.  I have enjoyed the learning process of finding the right tools to set up and manage this blog and the learning experience of how to best market and advertise it for maximum effect in such a short time. I have also enjoyed the setup of finding the latest news about Diablo 3 and presenting it to you.

Diablo III Blog has also become a launching board for my creative urges in both the graphic field and the creative writing field. Altough my creative side is always in full gear through my webdesign business Mortfiles.se I rarely get the chance to flex my writing skills when it comes to pure fiction and that is why it feels good to once again be able to conduct some freeform RPG with old and new friends like we did all those years ago for Diablo 2.

Diablo III Blog is now in working order and I will work on it more to build its potential and its worth, both as a source of information about Diablo 3 and as a source of entertainment and participation when it comes to storytelling and writing. All will of course be Diablo 2 and Diablo 3 related as it should.

Who is behind this?

The person behind this is me, Jimi Wikman. I am a swedish father and webdesigner born in 1974 with a passion for Roleplaying as is evident in my old project Shadownessence, a RPG Community for World of Darkness. I have played Diablo since its first incarnation, but really got involved with the release of Diablo 2 and later Lord of Destruction where I played alot with my friends the Holy Knights of Westmarch which was at the time led by my brother in law.

As a person I am kind and generous with a flexible mindset that is always ready for a debate and with a serious dislike for people who are cruel and narrowminded. I tend to spend more time helping others than play for myself and it has earned me some really nice friends.

Where are we going?

Hopefully we will continue to build on this website even after Diablo 3 is finally released.
