CommentsThe tale of the Barbarian Mortekai…
The tale of Mortekai is an old tale that begun many years ago when I first started playing Diablo 2. It begun as a little fun with my friends over at the Holy Knights of Westmarch’s forum and over several years it was built upon in various forms, such as freeform RPG and small snippets och poetry and songs.
On diabloiiiblog.com I intend to recreate some of these tales that have been saved from the ravages of time and expand it further to gap the void between the end of Diablo 2 and the coming glory of Diablo 3. It is possible that some old characters and fiends from the old tales might show up and I am sure new ones will appear as time passes.
Some episodes will be open by invitation only to allow freeform RPG in the comments area and later published as a public post while others will be directly open for interaction or just commenting depending on their nature. If you desperately want to be part of this chronicle you are free to post about it here.

Great times old friend! Perhaps we will happen upon each other again…
*Graywind looked up from the bookstand, into the clear night sky. Several tallow candles had already burnt out from his long hours of studying. Before him lay open an illuminated manuscript from an old paladin named Svante.
Up in the sky to the east, a shower of stars fell. The starfall appeared to head straight to where Tristram was.
The old knight was filled with an ill feeling and thought of his past companions…*
