I feel like an addict who can’t get his fix! My Diablo III beta download isn’t going fast enough.
You can see I’m past the point where I can log in, where it’s ‘playable’ but it’s barely playable at this stage – just 50% through the download. Everything takes forever to load and the lag is pretty bad so I jumped back out and promised myself I’d wait so I don’t ruin the overall experience. Luckily I got a chance to look at the Diablo 3 auction house!
I’ve been snooping around the internet, searching Diablo III RMAH (Diablo III Real Money Auction House) and reading the thoughts of folks who know much more than I do about game economies and the Diablo 3 RMAH looks like a really interesting prospect.
The thought of a couple of days off work on the sick playing Diablo III is such a freeing prospect. There is a lot of buzz that you’ll actually be able to have a Diablo 3 Career when this game is released.
I’m signing myself up to a lot of the sites I stumbled across. I’ve got Diablo III beta access so I’ve got a head start. Maybe I’ll be able to make a go of this. It’s always been my dream to play videogames for a living y’know?
At the very least I reckon I’ll be able to play World of Warcraft free – totally bankroll my account by playing another Blizzard game. It feels like win/win. I also think that I’ll easily be able to recoup the money I lay down for the game at Diablo III release.
I think this blog could be an interesting way to track my progress.
